Paul has over 40 years of managerial and directorial experience across sixteen countries within the financial services and energy sectors. Paul brings to his position a plethora of skills and expertise in finance, private equity, property management and energy sector. 

Paul’s credential as a Certified Organisational Psychologist and later a postgraduate in Organisational Development (OD), laid the foundation for his career as an Organisational Development, Commercial Mediator and corporate communications expert. 

His career began with Chase Centre, an international Organisational Development consultancy founded in 1854, taking the helm as the CEO of the company. Since then, he has held the Director position, overseeing organisational development of the company as well as asset and wealth management for leading OD and CSR corporations such as Mark Bolland Associates, Enham and the likes. 

He later branched into the energy sector, serving as the Group Director for Inenco & NIFES (National Industrial Fuel Efficiency Service). During his tenure, he was in charge of the management of over £2 billion of client energy requirement, offering solutions in engineering, process equipment, manufacturing and supply chain. He then founded Switchenergia Italia, an energy procurement intermediary in Italy. As the Managing Director, he oversaw geothermal and solar renewable energy projects of up to 2GW.

In his spare capacity, he has served as a member of the Westminster Diocese Trust (WRCDT) and Chair of its property board with assets base value of £217 million. Outside his corporate life, Paul is a music enthusiast and he sings in the Brunello Cuccinelli Choir.
