As a solar developer, Stanley has been actively involved in solar development projects since 2014. Among his first breakthroughs during his time at Greenstar, was an ambitious development pipeline of over 2GW Solar PV in the solar basin of southern Europe. He was instrumental in the successful negotiation of multiple offtake contracts and land agreements and has comprehensive financial management experience for greenfield solar development projects.
With more than 15 years of strategic management experience, change management and service transformation are his domain. Stanley’s executive level experience began in procurement, in the complex public health sector setting in the UK. During his tenure with the National Health Service, Stanley championed innovative technologies such as robotic process automation to modernise and systematise transactional issues to streamline payments. He transformed procurement from a back-office support function into a central, strategic interest, delivering a ground-breaking multimillion-pound cost improvement to the organisation and the UK public purse.
Stanley qualified as a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS) in 2011. Coming from a medical and healthcare background, he holds an Advanced Diploma in Medical Sciences at the International Medical University, and later the Professional Certificate in Management (Health and Social Care) in UK. He currently serves as a Divisional President for St. John Ambulance Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur, a non-governmental organisation of which he is a member since his formative years in high school. Additionally, he was the Trustee and Council Secretary for a national-level charity in the UK.
